For me, working on the company is the best experience that you will have in your life because working on the company is like creating a path to be successful soon. I know it is not easy because you will experience new things that you are not doing in your daily life. You will struggle, and sometimes you will be upset about what you are doing in your company, but at the end of the day, think on the positive side and continue what you started. Express your personal passion for the product, service, and mission. They want to know you’re passionate about what they do, whether it takes the shape of a product, a service, a mission, or a brand. You need to learn everything about it. You need to be the best in your company to be successful, and you will be able to learn about it. If you have enough learning,financial and capability to create your own, why not? right? Because if you have your own company, you will be able to learn a lot. You will work hard and think about how to be successful, but it is hard to create your own. It is not always at the top. You will start at the lowest part of it, pick the best people, and start to build your company. Sometimes they have good things on their mind that they don’t show or tell because they are scared to let the boss know what they think because their thoughts sometimes don’t matter to their boss. For now, be the best employees and enjoy what you are doing for your company in your time. Your company will be on top and it will be recognized by your co-workmates because you did your best for your company. That’s why your company is now on top.
